jeep5.9litre
Well I was looking in the local clasifieds and came across an 86 Brat, which is rare in my area. It says it has 4 speed 4WD, many new parts, just passed insp. $2800. I think this is quite expensive what do you guys think?? He doesnt list the miles or condition either. baccaruda
It's not an unreasonable price if it's in good shape. I will be selling mine soon and asking $3k even. Maybe more. And Brats are less rare here.
moosens
All depends on the condition of it.
jeep5.9litre
Went up and looked at that brat..took it for a ride. Overall, it is in pretty good condition with only a few spots of surface rust, but no rot. It comes with jump seats, topper and another parts brat. The bed does not have any start of rust.He told me $2500.

benebob
If I had $2500, I would buy it. Might want to send Hocrest a PM and maybe he'll look at it and give his opinion. He's not too far from Scranton.

subeman90
I know from a past personal experience...check the back end of it around the gas tank. The rot likes to hide back there and you don't know it till it is too late. Talk to Hocrest...I'd take his opinion anyday
