Scrub2k
Driving Home From PickNPull Today, I Had a Weird Sound It was kinda like a Thud, and then it started Pulling To the Right Pretty Inconsistently And Pulling Hard, When i Was Almost Home i was Going Around a Right hand Corner and Decided to Get on it just to see what it would do, and it Started Shaking, and Made That Same "thud" Type Sound Only Repetedly Until i got off the Gas, so i limped it home and now i need to figure out whats wrong. Im Wondering if it Could be Maybe a CV Joint? maybe an axle? i Looked Underneath and saw nothin Unusuall so anyone else got any ideas????
skeet
I had a thread like this today. Could be CV, could be loose lug nuts/broken lug nuts. Jack up undereach tire and rotate them individually. If one clunks or something, you know whats up =)

Sweet82
What Skeet said!!!!!!!!!! You may be able to wiggle the axles, but rotating would be the best? Drive it in a tight circle both sides in forward and reverse. Listen for noise. For what it's worth. Glenn 82 Hatch, ....well it used to be......:temper: 01 Forester, .....still is.......... Happyhighguy
Hey... I could be your cv joint...I think if you climb under the car and look where the cv joint is...If it is shiny, it most likely needs to be replaced... other options.... Ball joint, or axel rods.... Lift the front of the car and try to shake the tire...if it shakes...it is most likely a ball joint or axel rod.. On my friends truck that same thing happened..it ended up being the power steering pulley... I dont know...Im just stoned and bored!! good luck!!
