One thing that I noticed when I removed a wheel once is that the washers looked beat up and may require some coaxing to extract them from the wheel. mellow65 Posted July 1, 2007 Share Posted July 1, 2007 an alternative even to ordering them is find your local VW performance shop, (we have one here called discount import parts) and ask for the Acorn to Ball lug Adapter. i was able to get in the same day a full set of 16 for $12. this is what I got.
