harpua
Well it started snowing today at about 2 p.m. So after work i took the long way home through the mountains....Got to play in about 3 or 4 inches of freshly fallen snow. My suby loves the snow, and there is more coming in the morning (or so the weather man says) Anyone else treating their subaru with snow yet? the_bard
Gee... I thought I had it bad here in Troy, NY. Things got chilly tonight, but it's still not supposed to snow. 37 degrees is the low overnight. 'Course, I'll get my turn eventually, and for longer than you... from what I've heard, winters in the NW are fairly balmy . In Troy, they've given up plowing for the most part. Seems like there's always three to four inches laying on the side roads in Troy...
WagonsOnly
Only a dusting here, but it was the first time for the Forester and it handled superbly. I miss my GL-10 though...next week it's getting a complete teardown, rebuild and tuneup. Repaint and body work are coming this Spring.
ShawnW
I can't wait for the day I go buy a brand new AWD Subaru and take its Virginity. Im going to drive it thru a snowdrift and then make love in the darn thing, all in the same day....in the heated seats. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA
WagonsOnly
My Forester isn't exactly new. And no heated seats they had a Forester S with them, but it had 97K on a Gen 1 2.5 engine, they wouldn't gve me an extended warranty on it and they said they didn't have service records. So I got a '99 instead, with fewer miles, options and headaches. We shall see how well it goes through snowdrifts this winter. Any, ah, extracurricular actvities are going to have to wait until marriage.
