Sweet82
We need to post some Subie Scores and find out where everyone is? Would it make a difference front vs. rear?
MountainBiker
My 2002 Forester got the following scores on a homemade actual 20 degree ramp, with the tires at 36psi: 100% Stock Forester = 397 100% Stock, but Anti Sway Bar end links Disco'd = 458 Yes, it can make a slight difference between front and rear, but it just comes down weight distribution. Sweet82
I was able to get 548 with "Summer". I did get a 585 a while back but not last night. I'll have to mess with it a bit and see just how far I can push it (with out rolling in my driveway) Took some picks, I'll have to post them in a bit... monstaru
ok, the other day i got 385 on a 20 degree ramp.(doh edit the degrees) today i did a 25 degree ramp and was only 318. regular tire pressure.will have to get more batteries for the camera(*********************)you know who you are! sorry, her are some pics....pics i am also going to put my other rear shocks on this week and should gain a bit more as it will allow more travel obviously in the rear and keep that rear tire on the ground. subie94
i wanted to check mine but didn't know the wheelbase measurement for my legacy wagon....(anyone know?) that and i need some kind of ramp set-up :-\
monstaru
ok....got help spotting this time.was able to get the absolute most out of my rear tire. 20 degree ramp this time.oops,423 was the score pics say it all
carfreak85
I made an educated guess on what I have done in my 81 hatch. The numbers were 20 degrees, 14" high with a 93.3 inch wheelbase. The RTI came out to 439... I want more!!!
Sweet82
***Link to ramp test pic*** http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/photos/showphoto.php?photo=11586&cat=500&ppuser=584 We don't have much suspension travel:-\ I think my shortened wheel base (80") is the reason for my score, I also think the coil over shocks are hurting me. I'm going to try unbolting the additional coil shocks and lower the PSI in the tires and see what the numbers are? I was able to get 548 with "Summer".
