Sarge
Ahight, thanks guys... I also looked up the torsion bar adjustment on my ride and figured that out. Someone that owned it before me apparently felt the need to adjust everything as high as it would go. my rear rides higher than my front end and I'd like to level things out. I tried adjusting the torsion bar but I think the adjustment nut is pretty well fused on there. How much pressure would be too much before I am risking breakage? TheSubaruJunkie
You'll break your socket or ratchet before you break that bolt. That bolt is exposed to all the elements, so it will be kinda tough to move. Get some PB Blaser or some rust penetrant and spray that bolt down REAL good... maybe tap it a few times to help the penetrant work its way into the threads. Remember righty tighty, lefty loosy... tighten the bolt to raise, loosen the bolt to lower the rear end. -Brian

scrap487
yo also make sure you got the rear tires off the ground when you do it, will take a LOT of the stress off that bolt and make it easier to turn.
TheSubaruJunkie
Didnt think about that, but yeah... if you lift the rear end of the car it will make it easier to adjust the rear torsion bar. -Brian

Phizinza
What should I put in the search field??? I entered... LSD, limited slip differential, converting, 3.90, and others and nothing came back. Might of already been said, but... I was havinf probs with the search on this site, but a few good people showed me what needed to be done. Read here http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=59363 Basiclly if your looking for things with less then 4 letters you need to use the wildcard, before or after, like this LSD* instead of this LSD, see?
