OldSkoolSteve
Where to do it? I swaped motors from a standard to auto so I need to up the idle to 9 in park. All I have is a ********************* hanes manual that "forgot" to include this. Thanks.
Durania
I have never heard of an idle adjust on a fuel injected car. On my tacoma and EJ22 legacy there is a sticker underneath the hood that says:"Computer controlled and non-adjustable".
Petersubaru
in the center area, on the back side of the throttle body is a screw (pointing downward /flat head screw driver...turn it either way as desired...I would suggest that you count the TURNS to bottom it out, then back the screw out completely to clean it up and also shoot some cleaner into the plenum...put screw back and take it from there...
