s'ko
mm... I spent some time tallying the results so far. Top occupation here is student w/27. 2) Mechanical field 23 3) Techincal field 20 4) Computer field 17 5) retail/service field 15 6) production/construction 14 7) other (non listed retired) 11 8) drivers 8 9) Military/govt 7 10) Desk Jockey 7 So if we were to make a society of subaru owners... we'd have a lot of people walking around with their noses in their computers wondering what to do. Good thing there are alot of people keeping the older soobs in running order. Of course the desk jockeys would be behind the scenes controling everything. s'ko
this was from that thread that I started just for laughs and giggles a while ago. Teacher was put with students, engineers w/techincal On thing I do need to change is the mechanical field b/c anyone who owns a ea body car is a mechanic:drunk: I just thought it was interesting results. I can understand students owning soobs b/c the are inexpensive and easy to maintain, but IT people and technical people, managers and stuff. People who make good money, owning soobs especially the older soobs. So this thing goes beyond practicality and into obsession. (duh...) I guess this is sort of a who are we and what do we stand for moment... (patriotic music wafts in the background) As a whole I think that everyone on the board is a fine example of humanity. Haven't met a person yet that I had a problem with. so to USMB. anywho, back to work.

Turbone
I can fit into several of the fields, just not all at the same time. 1. Student, just had to bail out of Auto Body and Paint last year becasue of wife's illnes. 2. Mechanic, skill (or memory) is sometimes questionable:o 3. Technical, sure I can find something there I've done. 4. Computer field, Associates degree in electronics. I occasionally build computers. 5. Retail/service field, would Volunteer Firefighter/EMT be in this field? 6. Production/Const, was a Carpenter for over 20yrs. Worked at a manufacturing plant making parts for Boeing aircraft. 7. Retired? Partially disabled, working on full:rolleyes: 9. Military, USN Viet Nam Vet
