Bo13mwz
Greetings everyone; I had heard that "07" would be the last year of the Baja? Now, I hear that Subaru has put the "07" on HOLD and it might not even be built? Anyone heard otherwise or have a link confirming or denying this rumor. Thank you in advance. nipper
Oddly consumer reports rated the Baja as best small pickup truck. I wouldnt be surprised if that happened, There are many 06's on lots not selling, so why build an 07. nipper
DerFahrer
At first, I heard the Baja was gonna be dead for 06, but now I'm 99% sure it's dead for 07. It is based on the last-generation Legacy, after all.
aboone1970
from what the dealer told me about a week ago, the baja is no longer....07 and it's over. There are lots of people riding around in bajas where I live so I was kinda shocked. I live in suby country so I guess the local population doesn't reflect how baja sales went across the country. rlsimpso
I wouldn't be suprised is they don't do an 07. The dealer by my house said they only sell 4-5 a month. Metro Detroit is not a hot bed for Subarus. I am still not sure about the Baja. I love my BRAT, but the Baja just doesn't do anything for. That said, I would take one over a Tribeca:)
mtsmiths
They've sold very well here in NW Montana, but then this is Subaru country. Coming to work today I stopped at a light, of the six vehicles waiting, four were 'Roos, one was an F-250 and the other was a logging truck. Not unusual. rlsimpso
I do remember seeing a lot of Subarus in Montana when I drove through there in the BRAT a few years ago. Big Sky for sure.
1 Lucky Texan
I don't think any model year of Baja sold more than about 700 vehicles did it? I dunno Carl
subeman90
I was told that they went out of production back in April of this year... but I will also say that I wouldn't argue with subyluvr either since he works at a dealership.
