mikeshoup
I ordered one of 87 copies left of the 1984 FSM in the country. Ordered it through subarugenuineparts.com, and they have to wait for them to get it before shipping to me. All 87 copies are in NJ is what my local dealer told me as local dealers aren't allowed to stock books anymore. Just order part number: MSA5T84118 We actually have a whole thread on xt6.net about FSMs: http://xt6.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6631 I paid around $50 for it, but considering its new and not used, I'm very happy

"There is no product that matches the search criteria." do you have to call them or something? --Spiffy
mikeshoup
Sure you're doing it right? Go to the website, click "Have a part number?" at the top bar. Go to box 2 labeled search by part number. Should be straight forward. Also, any dealer can get you them. I just found it cheapest through this online dealer. Also Spiffy: From what we could tell, that 81 FSM I shipped you is not available through SOA anymore. So keep that baby.
Spiffy
Sure you're doing it right? no! I was doing it wrong! hehe! I was putting the part # in the advanced search, thinking that would cover everything... d'oh! put it into the part # search and it came up right away... thanks! --Spiffy
Frank B
What would you need an FSM for when you have the USMB .....
GeneralDisorder
What would you need an FSM for when you have the USMB ..... Wireing diagrams 83 and 84 are near identical except the 84 includes the turbo, and in 83 that was a seperate manual. I have both and they cover pretty much all the same stuff. I would buy the 84 even if you have an 83 as it's going to be pretty much the same. If you need the whole EA81 series, 80, 82, and 84 are really the only manuals you need. mikeshoup
Wireing diagrams +1 Diagonising the EA81T MAF issue is near impossible without good wiring diagrams. The 86 FSM I have only helps so much. The check connectors are totally different, as well as wire routing. Plus there's other stuff FSMs help with that this board can't. Plus, its right there. Don't need to ask questions on the USMB if you come across a problem.
