jonas
my EA81 is getting tired. have a used spare but thinking of just going with a fresh one. was going to rebuild myself but would rather not go thru the hassle. i'm weighing swap used spare, rebuild, or CCR. i would like to have the HP. bumped up for future lift/bigger wheels/tires. chef_tim
You will not be disappointed by Rick & Emily and the whole CCR Team. I have purchased 3 motors from them with only one real problem and that was resolved to better then satisfaction. :headbang: <- 3 headbangers for CCR. jonas
wow, 3 motors! so i'm guessing they're reasonably priced v.s the savings of doing it myself. i just may have to give them a call. i'm only in the planning stage right now. chef_tim
I didn't say they were cheap . But to me it's money well spent. Later, Tim
edrach
My son bought a CCR engine for his '82 Brat at least 7or 8 years ago. Engine still running fine. Never a problem with it and car & driver won 2 or 3 championships in the truck/SUV class of the ORG rallycross series (using the original carter-weber of all things). Car has been outfitted with a real weber for the last two years.
