What are the chances that the r/h rear wheel, axle and bearing hub are the same part for a 96 Outback Limited and my 97? Looking to a wrecker to provide the parts and he has the aforementioned. Legacy777 Posted January 15, 2007 Share Posted January 15, 2007 As long as they're both disc brakes & have AWD, the hubs should be 100% interchangable. Axles should be the same as well. xrturbo Posted January 15, 2007 Share Posted January 15, 2007 they are the same. rear disc setups especially, they are the same from early legacies to late and with the exception of abs sensor setups they are even the same into wrx setups.
