Zefy
i've been hunting around to no avail and the search i did didn't give me any real answers. the common thing to do is get the xt6 clutch. cool, but from where? i have search online parts catalogs and found a few choices. i really want something that grabs. like... if i dump it at 6000rpm, i want everything on the trans side to break... no slipping!:-p i've found a few... exedy clutch for 109 bucks at www.speedyperformanceparts.com they also carry the sachs for 203. these are both stock style clutches... however they don't have any exedy ones in stock... boo erns... the sachs ones can be found on pretty much all parts websites... mostly going for about 200-250 bucks US... they also carry centerforce dual friction clutches for the RX... 90% more grab according to them...:-p (for 253 bucks) i also found this one for 134 bucks http://www.r1concepts.com/Items/Boss%20OE%20292? on ebay i found xt-6 stage 1 and stage 3 clutches... stage 1 for 189CND and the stage 3 for 286CND i think... stage 3 i think is overkill... ideas and options? where did you get your clutch? how much? ect ect... i hope this hasn't already been covered in any great detail... WoodsWagon
I bought a reman disk from autozone for 30 bucks. It's nearing it's end about 6 mo's later. I reused the pressure plate and didn't resurface the flywheel, so that affects it. There were multiple times I did a quick release from 2krpms with RWD and the E-brake held that instead of breaking the tires (215/75r15) loose, it just smoked. Once it heats up, it's useless. So.. it'll get the job done for a short while, and the price can't be beat.
Numbchux
someone else will have to varify this, but I'm pretty sure you can use a clutch disc for a WRX. then an XT6 flywheel and pressure plate.

Jibs
someone else will have to varify this, but I'm pretty sure you can use a clutch disc for a WRX. then an XT6 flywheel and pressure plate. Anyone try this yet? I'm lookin into clutches now for the swap, and was wondering if the wrx disc is a go? Also anyone know offhand if the xt6 clutch and the wrx clutch disc can be had in the dual friction tyoe? I'll have a look-see to be sure, but was just wondering if anyone had any quick info. Uberoo
reman EA82 clutch disk at autozone,XT6 pressure plate. the pressure plate turned out to be hell.Almost everywhere that listed them only had them in $300 clutch kits.So I had to look online for parts numbers and got it that way. joostvdw
I believe it was steveman09 (the guy with the emanage results) who had a special clutch made and was very happy with it, you should speak with him his latest thread was something like, "AWD installed and XT6 tranny" it was recent.
