mikeshoup
So I have an 83 FSM here that was falling apart. I was about to debind it, and three hole punch it and throw it in a binder. Then, I found the school had just bought an Automatic Document Feeder for the scanner.... Here's what I've been working on: http://mshoup.us/docs/fsm/EA81/83/ The largest problem I've been having, is the scanner only scans one side at a time. I've been using Acrobat Professional, and I get a pdf of the odd pages, and a pdf of the even pages. Its a royal PITA to manually merge the two PDFs. I could do chapter 1 since its so few pages easily. When I'm done with it all, I'll let you know.
Spiffy
that rocks! too bad it's not '81-'82... but close enough that I could use it for reference once it's done... --Spiffy

Don't worry, I've got that covered. My coworker has an 82 FSM held together by duct tape. He wants it scanned in too

mikeshoup
All done! Note: Chapter 9 IS missing a page. That page is long lost. Only thing not scanned in are the large wiring diagrams at the end of the book. Haven't found a suitable method to scan those in.
daeron
Only thing not scanned in are the large wiring diagrams at the end of the book. Haven't found a suitable method to scan those in. possibly scan one page at a time, in as BMPs, and copy and paste them together in paintbrush, then convert to PDF format? or include as files to download next to the FSM? paintbrush now saves in many file formats, too...
