sparkster58 Posted February 22, 2007 Share Posted February 22, 2007 I went into the Burien Schwab store to get a quote on front struts for the H2....they had orig struts and my milage is just over 249k as of this wk.... they gave me a writin quote...it was lunch time and i was in a rush so when i got home i looked at the quote... wasn't sure about the type of strut so i went into google and put the prod code and name it pulled up KYB AGX struts...i couldn't belive it i went back at lunch today and talked to one of the mech at the desk ..he said ya ...they used to carry Monroe shocks/struts but monroe is being sold and they wanted a better supplier of Struts/shocks..so they hooked up with KYB.....what a hooot.........spark:banana: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

They are nice shocks; adjustable and all (Thanks Jerry). I'd suggest you get KYB GR2's; not adjustable but an excellent shock for your car. The previous owner of my Legacy had installed them on my car when he bought it (at 73K miles). I have 184K on the car now and the shocks are still fine. I will be installing another set of GR2's on my daily driver legacy when these shocks wear out. GR2's price out at around $70 per strut if you shop around a bit.
