A DOG
Great posting man! I love looking at the hatch patrol pics. You guys really did inspire me to lift my old mountain patrol. I give you guys mad props for the leaps in subaru offroad history. The true originators of subaru offroad. I still miss my mountain patrol. Keep on rockin. Hodaka Rider
I was only ever there in spirit, but I remember pretty much every single one of those pictures! (I made it down for one OOSC meet, but all the pics from it vanished with John and Ross). Sure is nice to see a trip down memory lane like this! Hodaka Rider
Mike W had the only lifted Soob in the country. That you know of. I remember seeing a lifted EA-81 wagon (4" or so, stock tires ) in Kelowna or therabouts in '89 or so (I remember the approximate year, because we had just gotten our '82 around that time). It's possible that someone else had one in the states as early as that, I guess.
