LineBurns
Hope to get a good idea for diagnostics regarding a noise my car makes from time to time. The whirling/ squealing occurs after driving a mi or so. and is independent of RPM, brake usage, vehicle speed. Often it will diminish after a few miles, but will occasionally will increase in volume. No real pattern to speed of whirling. Any Ideas? LineBurns
Thank for the ideas. Checked belts, they're ok. blower motor good. Sound is outside of car can hear even when engine shut off. Quite random, comes and goes. Sound not affected by clutching, braking, turning. often sound does not begin until 20+mph. Any other thoughts.
