Phizinza
Ok here's the light's! I know it's cheating but there's no other easy way! What do you think? Oh! Damm that still doesent work!!! OK eveyone just look at them in the gallery! I think you might be trying to use the address http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/photos/showphoto.php?photo=15532&cat=500&ppuser=21896 Where instead you want to right click the image the hit copy image location. Then when posting use the little yellow picture with the mountains and the sun and then right click and paste the address which has to end with .jpg or .gif... Understand? Oh, sorry.. Copy image location only is in FireFox. In IE6 you need to right click on the image, then click properties, then "Address (URL)" select all of the http://....image.jpg name and then right click, copy, then use the little image button and then right click, paste... http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/photos/data/500/All_light_s_on.jpg Or: Or just paste the URL of the image into the text and it will come up as a link.. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/photos/data/500/All_light_s_on.jpg Or to make it easier for yourself, put it in your photo gallery and then just tell people to look there... Phizinza
Linking out of your gallery is cheating! What are you trying to do? Show an image?? Why would using your photo gallery be cheating.. It's not like it's a competition is it? Oh, and with the attachment thing (not sure if you require a certain number of posts or not to use it) you can only put up 50kb or less sized images PS: If anyone want's to see everthing about my car check out this Looks shiny. opus
The point being, on any forum, you should be able to link to an external image, plain and simple. No need to attach a file, just use the image syntax and link it out.

Phizinza
Yeppers. Possibly, it is a Mac thing....who knows. Again, I have posted an image below this.... Your linking to this URL http://picasaweb.google.com/pmilne/Misc/photo#5063453507192944242 That won't work.. Your URL needs to end with the file name. As in it should have either .JPG or .GIF at the end of the URL. http://lh5.google.com/image/pmilne/RkUAIzDw9nI/AAAAAAAAAH4/k3_kvqyGxPs/ZZ24C079C0.jpg That is the correct URL to use to post that image. Phizinza
Mmmm... http://lh3.google.com/image/pmilne/RT_nQBmHABI/AAAAAAAAABI/pDgXcsYFRqw/IMAG0007.JPG?imgmax=912 That's odd. It will only work with the "?imgmax=912" on the end.. Ohwell. You need to do this I thinks "right click on the image, then click properties, then "Address (URL)" select all of the http://....image.jpg name and then right click, copy, then use the little image button and then right click, paste..."
