New Paint Job.

:banana: Looking good!! Blessed are those of us who paint our cars ourselves:grin: .

 

I used the spray on undercoating on the lower part of my XT6..thought about that bedliner stuff..let me know how well it holds up.

Blessed are those with the rattlecan... for the spray booth of God, is theirs...

LOL ..but you have a spray booth and gun ;):lol: ..dont forget I used spray cans.....
You think thats bad, my brother used a paint roller on his 83 wagon :-p

Doesn't look to bad really, just a little textured and not shiny...

I think I'll do my hood and roof properly, I know a panel beater.

Use rustoleum metal enamel paint, thin it about 50/50 with mineral spirits, use a high density foam roller, and wet sand it well between coats. After 6-8 coats, with proper sanding, you wind up with a mirror gloss finish.

 

One of these days I will do this myself, and I WILL have a full write up here with pictures. In the meantime, here is a link:
