tubbs&crockett
I thought a Legacy Outback was an actual vehicle/trim model...not two separate vehicles. Either way, it looks awesome!! T/C

T/C you're pretty much right. The Leg & OB have different hoods, and some different body panels/trim junk and the OB has a beefier suspension (taller), more rubber around the rims, and smaller brakes :-\ that's about it i think... oh, and the OB has bigger fog lights.... DerFahrer
You're both sorta right. Look at an Outback VIN and it will have a Legacy chassis code in it. It is still technically a Legacy. But only in the BG chassis (96-99) did the Outback get referred to as a Legacy Outback. From 2000-up, Subaru took the Legacy badge off the Outback, and also the sales brochures are separate for Legacy and Outback. I'm actually not sure about the Outback Sport. It too, was originally referred to as an Impreza Outback Sport, but the Impreza badge got taken off at some point too, I'm just not sure when. Andyjo
Lowering a Sub is just asking to knock a hole in the oil filter or pan! BOOOOOOO! It's actually a little bit taller than a stock legacy gt and i dont' take this one offroad, that's what the lifted OBS is for :-p
86BRATMAN
Lowering a Sub is just asking to knock a hole in the oil filter or pan! BOOOOOOO! I'd have to disagree... I sit lower(well my motor does) than my buddy's lowered wrx. I have no skid plate and live on a bad rocky driveway.
