SuperNova
OK, so its now been 3 days since i removed for the 2nd time "Kragen Special" crappy axles. I looked around, read some other threads and have come to the conclusion that im just going to keep having axles issues until i buy quality axles. So i figured GCK was the way to go because of all the good things ive heard about them. Ok, Cool. So for the past 2 days ive been searching for these axles and not one parts store around can get me the brand i want. Only all off brand sh*t. Called GCK, no answer. The autoparts stores that can order them keep telling me that there vendors are out. Is there a web site that i can order them directly from? Does anybody have any info on GCK as to why i cant get my hands on them?
Tom63050
I've been very happy with the axles I got from cvaxles.com.
SuperNova
So, a little while ago i talked to GCK directly and they could not sell to me because im not with a business but he told me about there distributor, APW, that would sell to me directly. So i thought COOL. After about ten minutes of talking to this guy he told me to go on amazon.com and search the part number of the GCK axles and there on the site for $49.99 . INSANE DEAL!!! He said that its something that shouldnt be like that but it is, and there getting ready to remove the parts listing from amazon within the next week. I already ordered them, 150 bucks for the 2 front GCK axles and 2 day shipping. Im not complaining, thats a hell of a deal. Figured i'd post about it and maybe someone else can jump on this too before its gone.

Nug
GCK is the OEM supplier to several manufacturers. I've had no problem with them in other applications (haven't used them in a subaru).
