Subarutex
How hard is it to remove an entire fuel system from an EA82 wagon? (turbo) I need to change out all my carb lines and tank to MPFI lines and tank. In sight would be appreciated.
calebz
The only place I can see that it might be difficult is right behind the fuel filter. Everything else from manifold to tank should be pretty straight forward.
idosubaru
how about installing what you need and only removing what you have to?
Subarutex
Well, i'm going to have to get the lines and tank out of a car before I can put them in my car. Apparently my CARB tank and lines are having trouble supporting my stock EJ22 swap.
daeron
what about just a new fuel line, high volume low pressure pump back by the tank, feeding a surge tank under the hood, and install a high pressure FI fuel pump under the hood feeding from the surge tank? Might be simpler and cheaper, definitely more effective as it is only as limited as the new fuel supply line you run... The old supply line should be ample for a return.
