5-lug swap on gl-10 4x4?

Hi,

I want to ask about doing a 5 bolt swap on my gl-10, it is 4x4 with disc rear, do I just take the big nut off and put on the 5 bolt flanges, or is it a little more involved? I know some of you have done this and know what is needed, Thanks for any help.
