climber77
My cruise control keeps shutting off while driving. 1. It seems to work ok for a little while, then starts shutting off 2. Bumps / hills etc. don't seem to affect when it shuts off 3. I just got new tires on the car (seems unrelated?). Does anyone have any suggestions as to what could be wrong, or what I could check? My car is a 2005 Outback 4 cyl with manual transmission.
eryque
Does the circuit shut off altogether, or is it like hitting the cancel switch and you just have to set your speed again?
Andyjo
There's a TSB for the 05 OBXT MT's... they'll 1st re-flash your cruise, and if it still happens, then they have to add a spacer on the neutral position sensor. Mine does it.. but i'm also out of warrenty...
