Ok I have the lift kit from Allied Armament, bought the KYB GR-2 struts, just bought some King lift springs, and have an original subie skid plate. Any suggestions on tires? I have an extra set of 15" Alum Legacy rims that came with my Outback so I would like to have one set of street tires and one set of off-road tires. I want the biggest one's I can get without them rubbing, and without having to bangup my subie. Also where is the best place to buy strut mounts and are there any skid plates available for my diff and oil pan? Pics will follow when the work begins!!!!!

Thanks

The nice thing is that when I bought my 96 Outback, I got a set of 15" Subaru alloy rims with it. So I'm planning on keeping two seperate sets of tires. One for highway use, and one for fun!!!! BB's Bruce?? Your insane LOL. Does it work??

My 27" Swamper SSR's have a nice highway ride. A little noisy, but not too bad. Not nearly as bad as I expected them to be. Keep in mind this is on a Loyale, too, so your experience will be quieter do to the extra sound deadening material on Legacys/Outbacks. They are big meaty tires, so balancing them properly can be difficult - my tire shop did a really good job.
