GordonJr01
I'm living in Okinawa, Japan and have noticed a large number of Subarus that I am unfamiliar with. I see R2's and the Pleo all the time now and I'm plenty familiar with those, but I came across this VW type van and was just wondering if anyone knows what it is. I checked on Subaru's website at the history and nowhere does it mention the introduction of such a van. It may not be necessarily a "historic" Subaru, but it definitely doesn't look like anything I've seen before.
Leeroy
Its a Sambar Classic. Don't know much else about them. You might like to check the entry in Wikipedia
subaru360
That's a Sambar van. I don't know the year but that's a newer one probably less than 10 years old. They are neat I wish we could get them here in the US, I'd buy one. The last vans here were the 68-70 360 vans.

maudsland
Have a play around this site, you will see this model plus lots of other interesting cars, the 360 would be the only model to suit this section tho Thierry http://www.prestigemotorsport.com.au/search.php?skipValidationJS=0&action=results&id=&query=subaru+&submit=Search&sold=available&andor=AND

DerFahrer
It looks like a Casa Blanca style version of the Sambar. I didn't know they made such a vehicle.
