WJM
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=33615&item=2446889552 I wonder if those are any good....CCR - Do you guys know anything about these?
northguy
It runs in my mind that there has beenseveral discussions about CCr on the site, and most of the statements were positive, although I can't cite and specifics. Keep it bumped until you get a definite answer. But for that price, I'd look at buying one out of a scrapyard and slapping it in. It would be about a quarter of the price, if that. calebz
I think he was asking CCR for possible info on this builder $85 for shipping isn't bad.. Wonder what kind of quality of parts they use for rebuild
Dr. RX
That's not a bad price, it is close to what CCR Inc. charges for a short block. But CCR Inc. uses new heads on it's long blocks instead of rebuilding old ones.
Qman
I would get specifics as to what they replace before committing to it. Does it get new rings, bearings, seals and gaskets? Ask alot of questions to make sure of what you are getting. And why is the turbo motor less than a single port motor?
archemitis
i think they just sold a 1.6 for under 100 bucks(could be wrong on the price) real cheap. i like subaru motors with alot of miles, they work great.
