Anyone in Oregon doing lifts anymore?

Recommended Posts

I have an 84 wagon I'd like to lift a few inches. Allied raised their prices to $700 for the kit and I'm not sure about the other companys I've googled. I'm wondering if theres anyone in Central Oregon or the surrounding area that does a decent job or sells a decent kit on a budget. It's my Girlfriends car, so I need a safe job, not a hack job. Does anybody even still do this, or am I gonna hafta bite the bullet and go with AA? I've seen their kit and I know it's good, but it's 7x what I paid for the car!

If you watch here, allied tends to sell them much cheaper when they make a bunch of them at once. I can personally tell you its a very well made kit.

Yeah I've heard that, but I've emailed them a few times and never got a response. I do have a few other rigs I'd like to lift, too, but I need this one done before Christmas, and I don't think I can pool that much money together before then.

there are only a handful of companies on the planet that make lifts for them.....so finding one local is going to be difficult.

BUT. SJR makes an awesome product. very tough (both in construction and design). and less than $700. his requires a bit more work on the installation side. modifying stuff etc. but is the toughest design....

and, there's BYB. extremely tough lift. but not so much on the design, although much better for an EA81 than an EA82. BYB/ozified will be by far the easiest install, and the most complete kit.

They are not tech friendly. The most techy they get is a cell phone. This is not part of thier main business, so you have to watch for a sale.
