gotsubarus
im sure i got a cpl of them ... but what is the IAC valve?
oregonloyale
Its the valve next to the throttle body , has 3 hoses going into it and 1 larger electrical plug in the top . It controls the amount of air going into the throttle body at idle. It is also noticable as it has a magnet in it wich is what allows the body of the valve to open and close . check your haynes manual for a pic and better description. If you have one let me know, thanx.

gotsubarus
25+ shipping... but i would want the #s still cause there are a cpl of different one i believe. I know cause i changed an engine once and just pluged it in and it wouldnt idle right . then realized it had different #s and only had three pins as apposed to four. the ones i have are off the cars and i have about 6 of them so it would help me get the right one. oregonloyale
I will try and find the #s tonight , but I do know that it is a 3 prong electrical. Do you know if the IAC's you have are good ? I do know how to test em if you dont. I can explain it to you , or if you have a haynes manual it explains it. Basically the flap on the valve should be closed when not installed in the car.
gotsubarus
yes were all off cars i had driven... some were off because i changed a motor and installed the original one.
oregonloyale
Just because they were off cars you drove doesnt really make them good IAC's. Do you have a haynes manual and are you able to test them by this? If they test good , I would love to get one as I really need one. Here are the #'s on the side of my valve....... 22650 AA032 A33-000 RIO 2514D Lemme know ,thanx.
