mikeshoup
They look lots better from a distance. Up close, you can tell all the curb damage and the bad paint job I did.
4WDFrenzy
I think they look very nice myself. If I could have found a set for my wagon, you had better bet that no matter how curb checked they were(unless it messes with the tire bead), I'd roll them. Shoot, I really wish I could find a set of those old school Enkie wheels. I keep looking over here in Okinawa, but I just know that the locals probably have them all tucked away in their sheds, to keep them away from the "round-eyes." Durania
You got that thing jacked up? Or am I use to my Brat Slant?
4WDFrenzy
You got that thing jacked up? Or am I use to my Brat Slant? No, that is normal for a wagon. I know that my '88 GL-10 wagon is like that too. I thought it was out of the norm, but soon found out quite the opposite. - Patrick

mikeshoup
Jerry: I picked them up from the sucker king quite a while ago. I still have a 5th wheel that's not mounted to anything yet. Thanks for the comments guys.

Near it. Down off of 7th and Garden St (one block east of Ford). Right along side a little creek that drains into clear creek.

mikeshoup
Soo.... I take my car in to Peerless after I notice one of the tires losing pressure. They find it leaking slowly at the bead. They take the tire off, throw some sealant around it, and slap it back together. He then puts 30psi in the tire, puts some water around the bead to look for leaks and steps away. A couple minutes later, we hear this really loud bang. The result: Lucky me, Peerless Tyre says they'll replace it for free. Downside, is they don't have a tire in that size and they have to ship one from Laramie, WY. Lucky me.

Jerry DeMoss
Wonder who taught them how to mount tires. I used to do tires and I never rippend one that bad like the bead on the left!
