hatchsub
Nice lift job!! And about the tracker...thats what my subaru is going to look like if i dont get my rump roast in gear to fix the rust around the rear wheels.
94Loyale
I really like the exhaust system you made for it! How's it sound?
woundedbrat
Thanks the exhaust sounds really good, nice and loud but it must not be too loud cuz I havn't been pulled over yet (knock on wood) but it scares the deer away b4 I get to them. when I do my ejconversion this spring is when I will get the full benefit of it. A k&n filter and a open exhaust does wonders for the stock 1.8 with 250,000 miles but when I added the 15 inch 6 bolts it really needs abit more hp.http://img532.imageshack.us/img532/1337/096mn5.flv heres what it sounds like
coylethebarbarian
That's impressive! I like the exhaust and I've been wanting a strut bar for my brat, and I thought fabricating one was the only way to go...nice job. If I don't stop procrastinating, my brat wil look like the....wait what am I saying? it is already rusted out! Argh! Time to get to welding soon! r_kirky
Nice That is one sturdy looking lift kit! is that 1/4" tube?
woundedbrat
5/16 or 3/8 yeah I may have over done it a bit but I had most of the metal lying around so all it really cost me was time/effort. I want to do the same with a hatch but go like 7" this time.I still need to fix the camber will probably build some custom control arms or use some ea82 similar to what phizinza did. bheinen74
wow, that lift structure appears to be extreme heavy duty. I might try something like that for the rear on my brat someday. i want the strength like you have.
woundedbrat
why would you only lift the rear. brats already have a pretty severe rake to them. I lifted the front 5" and the back is just 3 3/4" to get a more level look.
