ezapar
Scored one from a For Ranger. Cut it down a bit and rewelded it. Did some fun stuff like hit it withe the lazer to scribe lines and stuff. Fun. My Brat is a happy Brat. Touch up and paint tomorrow. Alaong with more pics and narrative. This'll give an idea though.

ezapar
The roll bar was originally almost 7 inches too wide. So we cut that out of the center. Then we cut a slice down the middle and used the piece to sleeve the inside. (recognize the hammer Miles?) I had fun using the laser to first make the trace the lines we'd be cutting, then to line the bar up to make sure it was nice and sexy straight accross the top. ezapar
The kicker is that it'll fit under the canopy! Very happy to confirm that this a.m. !! Right ~ a country mile! Still no paint, it's too cold and damp today. That and it took all day yesterday, so I owe today to the family. And my Brother Marty, who did all the welding and to who I owe another big debt. (That old brat don't look so big next to old Marty now does it? lol)

He's actually fairly comfortable in it. We drove a gen one to Pat and Jerry once, drove a gen 2 home. He hated the gen one, but the gen 2 wasn't so bad at all.
