Jeepman775
That last one is my samurai. I haven't really started on it too much yet I just fabbed a really REALLY quick lift for it to clear 31's.

Jeepman775
Notice the frame boxing weld. It goes back and forth, curvy like because I was too lazy to cut the weld groove straight before I welded.

Jeepman775
That last one is the bottom "pivot" point of the twin stick shifter for the trans case. Any questions let me know. And by all means let me know what you think. It's a little unnerving to let your work out for the world to critisize.... All this is done by me and a friend of mine outta my Garage. Jeepman775
Ohhh yeah and all the steel plate you see if from an abondonded mine, as well as steel "scrap" dumpsters..... And yes I asked the owners. It's amazing the material that's in your area, if you spend the time to look for it.
Rooinater
looks nice! are you going to take the rear fenders straight back when you trim them? one day i'll lift my samurai, but for now i have my lifted soob, and a toyota truggy project ticking away at my wallet. that is definately some beef on the shock towers, tons of custom welding, looks good! Jeepman775
Naw, I just got full access to a cnc machine so I am going to go and cnc the stock fender shape out of 1/8" steel, and just move it back. It'll look better that way. Esp. with these short rump roast intermediate jeeps. They look goofy if you just cut them straight back.
Rooinater
sweet! wish i had full access to cnc machines and tube benders... my toy would be wicked, but i'll have to pay for the tube work to be done.
Jeepman775
I am stoked. I have access to sheet bends, lathes, tig/mig/stick/ cnc. Hydraulic benders. Everything. I am stoked. EXO and stingers to come once she's on the road.
