Here is my baby. Full width axles, 3 link rear end, sm465 tranny with 205 transfer case, fully boxed frame, onboard air, webber, hei, skidplates, bumpers, mastercraft seats, front axle 4" forward, rear 5" back, fenders. Everything custom fabbed, no bolt-ons. All done with acelylene, half stick (I didn't have a wirefeed yet), half wirefeed, and a grinder. Paint to come. I am waiting for leaf springs to set castor/ ride height, for shocks. Pics to follow.

That last one is the bottom "pivot" point of the twin stick shifter for the trans case. Any questions let me know. And by all means let me know what you think. It's a little unnerving to let your work out for the world to critisize.... All this is done by me and a friend of mine outta my Garage.

looks nice! are you going to take the rear fenders straight back when you trim them? one day i'll lift my samurai, but for now i have my lifted soob, and a toyota truggy project ticking away at my wallet. that is definately some beef on the shock towers, tons of custom welding, looks good!

Naw, I just got full access to a cnc machine so I am going to go and cnc the stock fender shape out of 1/8" steel, and just move it back. It'll look better that way. Esp. with these short rump roast intermediate jeeps. They look goofy if you just cut them straight back.
