waimaks Posted April 4, 2008 Share Posted April 4, 2008 Alright, I like to look at nice pictures of Gen 1's etc as much as the next guy, and its always good to have a bit of inspiration now and then too. Sooo... Be them pictures of nice gen 1's or nice (artsy I suppose I'd call them) pictures of not so nice Gen 1's. Just whatever appeals and you'd like to share. As you know, information and things can be hard to find on these cars. Any things from magasine articles or advertising from back in the day to all the rest. Think of this as the random Gen 1 pictures thread. Anything goes (with reason). As long as this is ok with the mods. I for one will be linking pics externally if that is a problem... At the moment its in the process of being brought back to roadworthyness/legality. I don't know a whole lot about it to be honest, supposed to be rocking an ea63 dualcarbed 1400. Has boosted brakes with disc front end, not sure how else it varies from the usual 1400 Subaru series. Mine has been repowered with a single carbed ea71 (1600). I am looking into ea81 (1800) possible powerplants, transaxle where I'm stuck right now. Just found out the other day. It has an audible *beep* from under the dash when you exceed around 115km/h.
