_Aramchek_
Ok,managed to finally get a obd reader on my car to check the codes I've been getting for a while, accompanying my misfire and hesitation problem. p0507 IAC circuit idle speed higher than expected. it is sitting at just over 1100 rpm's at idle. and this is probably my misfire p0170 Feul trim bank one. This is a '96 OBW with a 1995 2.2 in it. I'd like some advice as to maybe where I should go from here, especially on the second code. Any help is appreciated. Cougar
You might try replacing the PCV valve and then the O2 sensor if PCV replacement doesn't help.
nipper
any refercen to fuel trim or A/F ratio is the O2 sensor(s). Front sensor should be OE Attack that first. Also if it hasnt been done, a tune up wouldnt hurt either. nipper
