But adds more fuel to my idea that subaru "changed" ahem the impreza so they could ultimately change the legacy into what the impreza used to be. This is a familiar feeling: WRX - Japan (until 2002 ) Ford Escort Cosworth - UK (we got the POS version of the Escort ) Nissan Skyline GT-R - Japan (at least it's here now:burnout: ) Etc. And with a a 5 speed? How about some interesting colors? Not like those colors that could get lost in a mall parking lot. Wish we could still get a red 5 speed GT wagon....
