Just stumbled across your website. Heaps of great information available here. Below are the details of my ride.

 

1988 Subaru Brumby Ute

 

V2 STI engine and running gear

E-BOOST 2 running 13PSI from a GTPSO2 (440hp)

Full replacement Autronic ECU

Front coilovers

Upgraded interior such as WRX seats, DEFI gauges, EBOOST

Rhino lined rear tub

WRX V6 STI rims (16")

FMIC

550cc injectors

Split rails

Fuel regulator & 500hp pump

Surge tank

Custom Bosch coil packs

Tomei headers and up-pipe

i lust that. i only hope that my brat comes out that nice.

 

 

do you have any more detailed shots of the suspension set up in it?

i am going for a full 5 lug swap and coil overs on all four corners when i am done with mine.

The biggest trick to me would be how you are sitting at the computer posting pictures instead of driving it around ALL the time.

 

Nice work thanks for taking a break from driving it and posting up here. Stick around you arent the only one sticking something new in something old around here. :)

Bought the car with all the hard work of the conversion completed. I have really only changed the suspension set-up and added all the go fast bits to the car. Next step is to have it fully painted and tidied up some more.

 

Do many of you guys have this sort of conversion done on your cars?

Here in Australia alot of people are realising the benefit of throwing an EJ20T

into these cars as they weigh next to nothing and its great power to

weight ratio.

 

I must admit people get a shock when the Brumby goes flying past their

more expensive toys...

 

Currently the car is producing around 170kw ATW but goes in soon for a final tune and should be putting out +200kw ATW.
