mountainwalker
Would like to know your favorites. Need to get a few things for our 2003 Outback H6 VDC, and I haven't had to buy car parts and accessories for years.
audio_file
depends on the parts mountainwalker . . . for gaskets and a few other things, it's often best (and not much more expensive) to buy OEM replacement parts from subaru, this site has been recommended here before: http://www.subarupartsforyou.com/ for almost everything else i've found http://www.rockauto.com/ to be a decent place with good selection and good shipping . . . if you do a search, there was just a thread asking this same question a few weeks back . . . chris

mountainwalker
Not sure yet. I'll have to get all-year tires, which I'll either get from the garage or tirerack, and then may need other things - won't buy until I pick up the car in two weeks. I just haven't had to buy auto parts and accessories for ages, and I prefer either good online sites or a very helpful local merchant whose information and help are worth a few extra bucks. 2X2KOB
Speaking of Rockauto, here's the discount code they sent me: Discount on RockAuto Parts! Thank you for being a www.RockAuto.com customer! To show our appreciation, we have a special discount for you. Your discount code is: 1006799885454 Using Your Discount Code Enter the code above in the "How did you hear about us" line of the shopping cart. If you are using our traditional HTML catalog, please click the "Apply" button to the right of the field. Your discount will automatically appear, subtracted from your order total. Please note: We sometimes get calls from people who put the word "discount" in front of their code and do not get the discount. Please enter ONLY the discount code, no other words or numbers. The discount takes 5% off our already-low prices. There's no limit on order size or the number of orders. Use the code for your next order, and share the code with friends, neighbors, relatives, the guy at the corner garage--anyone you know who works on cars or trucks. This discount code expires on June 17, 2008; so don't wait!
audio_file
Not sure yet. I'll have to get all-year tires try this one for tires: http://www.edgeracing.com/ their prices are always lowest, and they aren't some cheesy looking "out of business tomorrow" kind of website . . . i've even used their prices (as they are authorized dealers of everything they sell) to get discount tire to price-match, saving the shipping costs and usually several hundred dollars off of what discount quotes as retail price . . . tires are marked up soooo much! chris
