Twitch de la Brat
Anybody out there have a site or links for the seats or the wheel wells for an 85 brat? Also, I just bought an 80 brat and I don't know if I can take the wheel wells out of that and put them in the 85. Please I am a subie nut, but a certified noob when it comes to doing anything to them.
GeneralDisorder
Unfortunately no one sells wheel-well sheet metal. You can fabricate your own though. Body work is like sculpting. Seats are the same way. You'll have to find a used set. They generally aren't cheap due to the general rareity of them. Brat's are rare, and they haven't yet hit an age where people with the money to reproduce these parts are collecting them. It may happen eventually but thus far there isn't much. edrach
Gen1 and gen2 wheel wells might not be interchangeable.
cobcob
What about cutting a set out of an EA81 wagon? That was the route I was thinking of looking into when I get around to repairing mine...
ShawnW
I have an extra set of seats I would sell. As far as wheel wells they are spot welded in. Get a spot weld drill bit kit, scour the yards till you find a clean set and drill them out and have them welded back in.
