I fill the filter, a couple times it keeps sucking it up.

Unplug the coil pack (why do 4 wires and possibly have that spark jumping around when you can eliminate the spark?).

Crank a few times for a few seconds (helps with fuel pressure as well).

Plug in coil pack, it should fire.

I just let them idle for several minutes before increasing the RPM's.

OR, unplug the crankshaft sensor.....turn ignition key for 20 seconds...wait half a minute....20 seconds....

Or whatever rythym suits you, just don't stress your starter motor too much

Then you have to clear memory for a crank sensor code... Just unplug the coil. Crank until the oil light goes off, or about 1 minute. The starter will take it. Heck, with a broken timing belt and some tape on the clutch switch, you can drive 'em around with the starter!

Ok, Its done.. It started up and runs..... BUT, I have a VERY noisy Lifter, its clicking REAL bad. It has Hydraulic lifters. I also feel like it has no accelerating power. Anyone ever see this after a head gasket replacement.

Yes , it probably just needs to pump up. Run it for awhile it should get better. Could also try draining a qt. of oil and replacing it with qt of K-1

run it 10 15 min. Change the oil / filter.
