Recommended Posts

Hello everyone:), my name is Shaun, I am new to U.S.M.B., but I have viewed these pages regularly since 2005. Andrew/Hondasucks and Russ/Caboobaroo got me into Subarus when I was in Wyoming attending Wyotech. Anyways, thought I would drop in and say hi. at the moment I own 2 Subarus, my cars consist of a very clean 1986 subaru GL-10 turbo 5 speed sedan that I paid $900.00 for. Here is some pics of it, enjoy!

and in 2007 I picked up a 1981 Subaru DL wagon with a Dual Range that I got for free from a coworker, It had been sitting since 2001. All it needed was a transmission so I got one for $100. put in a batteryand sprayed some starting fluid down the carb and it almost instantly started up . Here are some pics, enjoy!

I found that out the hard way, about a year ago. I went to les schwab and they couldn't mount them, I watched them and I thought they were going to tear my tire. So I left and went to cooper tire and that is when they told me they were metric. I was pretty bummed as I really like this style wheel, but I am now planning on doing the 6 lug conversion instead.
