mcbrat
+1 those look like the smaller pattern of the 405 model. you need to find wheels for a 505, 504, or 604 (most common to least common). in 10 years, I've only seen 3 pugs in the DSM area. a 505 driving with a set of 15" recessed spoke alloys, and 2 in junkyards. a 505 with 14" alloys (they were crushed) and a early 70's 504 with steels. (washer centering type). I grabbed these and sold them....
The Dude Abides
Its like the worlds gone pug dry on me. I think id like a set of 14s anyway, they seem to fit better in a lowered wheel well.

Yo'J
I wouldn't go 14"s (again) just due to tire selection. 15"s are much more common.
Greenley
Hijack : Will these peugeot's work?!
bheinen74
A-1 imports, Homestead Iowa over by Iowa City/Amana they had quite a few peugeot cars, 6 or 7 or so, lots of steelies, but they were crushing the cars by the dozens last time in Fall. they had like 15 subarus, all looked that they were driven in. If you want to go, get ahold of them first and make sure someone is around. I would tag along if you arrange this. bh
Greenley
Anyone know? This whole car is 150 bucks, im sure if the pattern matches i can swap wheels on the cheap
zyewdall
Just measure the bolt pattern -- if they are the 140mm square, they should fit. The other concern on something that old is whether they will clear disk brakes... that I don't know. Z
mcbrat
Anyone know? This whole car is 150 bucks, im sure if the pattern matches i can swap wheels on the cheap I don't think they will fit. the older model 504 was a bigger car. the 604 was a limo type car. and the most common 505 is a good sized car too... zyewdall
Some of the smaller cars have the 140mm pattern too -- my neighbor has a tiny little 50's Peugot that looks like a VW bug from the back (and it's a rear engine too), and he's got a set of 8 spoke subaru wagon wheels on it.
