legacyak
Does anybody know the diameter for the front discs on a 2000 OBW? I have had several sets of rotors that have not been the correct diameter. This causes a ridge to build up on the pads and vibrations when braking. Does anybody know the factory diameter of the front discs???

Does anybody know the factory diameter of the front discs??? hmmm.....I always thought it was normal for a ridge to build up as the brake pads wear down the rotors. I just throw on another set of pads when they are worn out, and live with the ridge. However, if the rotors get really worn down, and the ridge is substantial, then I simply replace the rotors. I don't think the diameter size of the rotors is an issue, unless you think your present rotors are some how the wrong size.

Legacy777
I've got a lot of that info in my brake math spreadsheet. Go to the brake data tab. http://www.main.experiencetherave.com/subaru/techinfo/brakemath.xls
MtTech
Nice.... more info than I would ever need to know! Would you happen to know specs on 2006-2008 legacy and Impreza as well? mt
Legacy777
The legacy should be the same as the 05 info. The impreza has the 4-pot & 2-pot's for the WRX. The rest should be same.
