motor mount bolts

Recommended Posts

They're nuts, not bolts.

They're either 12mm or 14mm (outer diameter). On an EA82 you can use the same nuts on the exhaust studs as on the motor mounts' studs and the transmission mounts' studs. They may have a lockwasher involved as well, and the nuts have a flange on the contact side as opposed to being symetrical nuts.

The nuts are M10 X1.25..just an FYI.I ended up making a ton of trips to ace hardware to sort that out. Then one of the nuts I bought turned out to be a M10X1.5.At that point I said "F*** It" and for the mean time the subaru will only have 1 nut plus the antipitch bar holding it in...At least until I get get the drive to pay .70 a nut for a damn metric nut.
