crockettbrat
Hello: Not sure what engine, vehicle you have but it kind of looks like the plug for the evap canister solenoid. My 1993 legacy ej22 has it bolted up under the intake manifold on the passenger side and it plugs into the engine wiring harness. You kind of have to look deep to see it. Hope this helps. rolerick
Forgot to mention it's an ej22 in a 1990 Legacy. Thanks for the tip, I'll see what I can do with it. I didn't see any places for it before, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to look a 30th time. Edited March 21, 2009 by rolerick
crockettbrat
If the evap solenoid isnt plugged in you should get a cell code. The solenoid also has vacuum lines attached to it. d

Used a harness from an EGR car with a non EGR engine and computer. Do you know of any reason this car would have a mismatched harness? otherwise keep looking up under the intake, that is where the solenoids all are.
