JohnKos Posted April 17, 2009 Share Posted April 17, 2009 The wipers on my 97 legacy have a "slap" when they return to their bottom position on every cylce. Rooster2 Posted April 17, 2009 Share Posted April 17, 2009 No other adjustment other then to pull the wiper arm off the mounting shaft, and move the arm about a quarter inch up from the base of the windshield upon replacement.
