Twitch de la Brat
No, it didn't burn to the ground, and no it wasn't anything huge. It just was my bad EGR valve getting some vacuum lines hot enough for the plastic connectors to catch fire and melt. It also burnt up some connector that had a filter in it, don't know what it orginally looked like, but its melted now. I'll post pics asap. It runs, but is a pain to start, and sometimes doesn't :-\ After I get the pics up can somebody help me figure out wht it melted? Thanks in advance for any help recived. Oh and I'm parking it and doing a drivetrain swap on my lego. Twitch

Twitch de la Brat
That sux.... I hope its an easy fix. Me too. I just hope I have more luck my EA81 than you did I am parting a 82 Gl Brat if you need wiring.bad luck.depends what wiring you need, mine might not be much better but I will sure look for you when that time comes. I think the wiring is fine, it appears it was just the vacuum lines that got melted. Thanks for the offer, I may take you up on some parts if you still have them in the future.
