ronor
I have a 1985 GL Wagon with the top and doors removed and a roll cage for use in the desert. The next step is to get more ground clearance. Does anyone know of any 14" or 15" wheels that would fit?

ronor
Thanks bheinen74, I hadn't thought about redrilling another type wheel.
NorthWet
Just to be clear, the reference to wheels from chevy/toy/et al was for their 6-lug wheels, which use a similar bolt-hole circle to our 140mm. Either the wheels can be redrilled to 4-lug, or the hubs can be redrilled and studed/threaded for 6-lug.
ronor
Does the 80's vintage Brat have a stock 14" wheel that would fit the 1985 4WD wagon?
Numbchux
Does the 80's vintage Brat have a stock 14" wheel that would fit the 1985 4WD wagon? essentially no. There are a few sets of OEM subaru 14" wheels floating around, but they are INSANELY rare. seriously, I'd guess less than 5 sets in North America. your best bet is 6-lug or peugeots.
