Txakura
Ok, no jeers, and pay no attention to the battle damage (the driver side was customized by a ditch last December) item one, gloss black OR item 2, red bead and three is just a shot of my 'extra' stick, lack of a center console, and the cool XT seats I bought from Bacarruda (see told you they'd clean up) I need some kind of Toyota center cap, or something generic, and some pretty pretty lug nuts... yeah but, the question is -should I paint them all gloss black, or the gloss black center with the red bead? Txakura
right on, thought it may have been too... Halloween like? (all red did NOT work) I went to paint over the red and thought 'hey wait, two tone?' Krylon and tape are cheap
TheLoyale
Yes, Red and Black work well! No I think holloweeny would be orange and black Lol. Kylon will stick to metel and be durable enough? I would at least use Rustolium. and for the gloss, hell get thier Clear coat as well (All cheep and at wal-mart) The clear will help protect the paint from rocks ect.. Best'o luck. -Tom

bratman18
Red and black!! Also, I have the piece of interior trim you need. It's not perfect but it would cover that up and wouldn't look too bad with a good cleaning. Lemme know if you want it

Subarutex
Time Attack is definately a hot wheel color combo. I'd go more traditional Time Attack and do a Flat Black wheel with Red Bead. Either way you go, flat or gloss, it will look sick!

TheSubaruJunkie
Man I miss that hatch. All the clean pix of it I have are no longer on the web. I have pix of the entire painting process somewhere, the masking was a ***************... but the end result was worth it. p.s. here is a better video of it: Edited July 15, 2009 by TheSubaruJunkie
