Cool car Scott, fun thread to follow.

 

got the exhast and muffler all hooked up . got the roof all attatched drove it to work, its a fun little rig like the light weight and the tight turning

 

only got this weekend to button it up then its off to the Dunes monday

Scott's still at Sand Lake, so I'll answer for him

 

how hard was it to cut and reweld the body back together?

Not too bad, though he did all the welding. Couple of comealongs help a lot

 

Did you make the frond windscreen out of a rear gate?

Sammy windshield

is that a 5-point harness for the seat belt?

Yeppers

Sandlake Oregon just below Tillamook

 

how hard was it to cut and reweld the body back together?

 

no if you know how to weld sheet metal and keep everything square

its a Suzuki Samuri windshield

 

those are 4 point dune buggy belts with single clasp belt like on a airplane
